Brady Buher is a business valuation and financial professional who provides independent valuation analyses for business owners, attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors. His work supports transactional planning, tax-related matters, and dispute resolution, with valuation reports prepared for review by taxing authorities, legal counsel, courts, and opposing experts.

Brady’s professional background spans investment banking, accounting, and finance roles. In addition to providing top-tier valuation services for KBV’s clients, he currently serves as the finance manager for a large regional property development group. He has worked as a fractional controller and fractional chief financial officer, providing financial oversight for closely held and middle-market businesses, including responsibility for general ledger management, financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and transaction processing. He has also held senior financial analyst and senior accountant roles, supporting clients with financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis across a range of industries and operating environments.

Brady’s experience in both transaction advisory and ongoing financial operations informs his valuation work by grounding analyses in how businesses operate financially and prepare for ownership changes in practice.

Brady holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Asbury University, earned in 2021, and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Asbury University’s Howard and Beverly Dayton School of Business, earned in 2023.

He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute.

Brady currently resides in Marquette, Michigan, with his wife, McKenzie, their newborn son, Liam, and their dog, Fynn.
